COLORADO MedTECH

Challenge: Colorado MedTECH had an urgent need to develop a product launch strategy / tactics, generate leads and create mind / market share through the promotion of a time-sensitive Y2K remediation software offering, specifically tailored for healthcare providers and medical device manufacturers.

Solution: The principals at Hawk3i worked in collaboration with internal marketing teams at Colorado MedTECH to develop a wide array of marketing materials within a very aggressive window of opportunity, under the new corporate identity of BioMEDY2K.

Result: A year-long effort resulted in the successful development of a new brand, promotion of a product offering, software packaging and direct response programs. Hawk3i provided a combination of tools and services to support health care institutions' efforts to conform with year 2000 compliance for their biomedical devices. By 1998, BioMEDY2k had already received orders totaling more than $1.5 million from health care providers to assist them in evaluating medical devices for Year 2000 compliance.
