Michael Dean (MBA, CBC), Marketing Communications Manager

As an accomplished business-to-business marketing professional, Michael Dean has years of real world marketing experience. Most recently in the capacity of Marketing Communications Manager, Mike has been instrumental in developing and maintaining high value product web content, sales tool and marketing collateral development and general customer relationship management initiatives.

Before joining Hawk3i in 2007, Mr. Dean successfully founded Wellspring Marketing, Inc. Increasing client sales by 30% in its first year helped bring the company to profitability very quickly. His experience in marketing management includes various positions over the years including Global Marketing Manager for a highly successful division of United Technologies Corporation, a Fortune 50 company.

Graduating from Regis University Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and double minors in Marketing and International Management, Mike's career focus has been on communications and cultural dynamics within the global marketplace.

Mr. Dean also holds an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix and university certificates in Total Quality Management and Industrial Illustration. In addition, Mike received his Certified Business Communicator Certificate (CBC) from the Business Marketing Association of America in 2000.
