Challenge: StorageTek initiated hundreds of events annually. From tradeshows to sales performance clubs, the company traveled the world rewarding and incenting the sales force to achieve world-class results and communicating to disparate customers, partners and prospects. Maintaining a constant level of program originality, fresh ideas and ingenuity for veteran attendees was an ongoing goal.

Solution: One such example was the development of a Sales Performance Club set in an exclusive resort enclave in Hawaii. A Ride The Wave theme was carried throughout the event.  with an underwater stage design, an off-site excursion (complete with a custom shark mouth entrance) and outdoor awards ceremony. Executives kicked off the show from canoes on the ocean and ended with a fireworks display. 

Result: Every detail of the event, from giveaways, printed menus, agendas, signage and maps had a professional, cost-effective and integrated style; attendees were blown away by the details. The audience was pampered, cared for, and felt that their company cared and acknowledged the excellence demonstrated throughout the year, with sincerity.
