OBJECTIVE

CCC desired a marketing solution whereby delivery of complex technical messaging could be delivered in a manner much easier understood by customers, prospects and the sales force. Transforming the corporate culture and re-positioning the brand from an
engineering-heavy hardware centric offering to a user-friendly set-point was imperative.
